Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to be coached by some of the best mentors in the salon industry. The most valuable thing they taught me was the real meaning of success in this industry— it’s not the technical part that matters most. It’s how we treat our clients and interact with those around us every day. This inspired me to create a nurturing, educational, fun environment for our staff and clients.
